BROOMFIELD —  The Tigers extended their winning streak to eight games on Wednesday night with a comfortable 10-0 win against the Roosevelt RoughRiders.

The win took Holy Family’s overall record to 11-2-0 and their Tri-Valley League record to 6-0 as they reach the final two games of the regular season.

In a game that was always going to favor the Tigers they were sent on a mission to move the ball quickly around the field and share possession in preparation for the looming play-offs.

The boys obliged.

With the Tigers scoring seven goals in 30 minutes of the first half. vital game time was given to the bench as half time approached and through the second half.

Seven different scorers contributed – emphasizing team strength with Parker Sanchez, Mikey Dolph, and Garrett Havens grabbing a brace each.

The starting center midfield trio of Dylan McIntosh, Joe Cowden and Alex Kusek each scored. The scoring was rounded out by senior Alex Troso.

Two games next week, away to Fort Morgan on Monday and Senior Night (possibly also the Tri-Valley Championship clincher) with Loveland on Thursday at 4 p.m.

Let’s fill the bleachers and close out the regular season.
